Almost everything was great! The staff were kind, even though I came past their check-in time, due to getting a bit confused by Tokyo Station, but they didn't even mention it. The room was nice, clean and had a decent view, I think I was on the 9th floor. The bathroom was also nice. There were also a few convenience 24/7 stores around and enough restaurants. Oji station wasn't that far away either and only took like a 5 minute walk. The breakfast was insanely good to be honest, with enough variety and left me filled for the early day as well.

The staff are all very kind and helpful, we were able to send our luggage to the next hotel with their help. It's around 5 mins walking to a train station, so moving around was simple. Breakfast was serviceable; onigiri, bread, coffee and juice.

Close to Oji station and easy to get into central Tokyo etc. The room was very clean, with a decent sized window and breakfast was offered each morning. There was also a Landry to wash your clothes.

Breakfast is good, but of limited variety. You can see several Sakura trees from the breakfast dining area. Not all the staff can speak English, but they do try to understand my requests. There are lots of restaurants, several public parks and museums within walking distance.

The hotel was hard for me to get to, but I liked how the staff was willing to help with any issues or concerns I had. Kaneko English is great and gave me great recommendations. Also, the hotel had breakfast every morning which is great.

Quiet location, near Ouji Station and near restaurants, combini, and stores. There is variety with breakfast every morning which I really enjoyed. My room is in front of the train and shinkansen tracks so it was very lovely to train-watch everyday and see the fast shinkansen passing by. The hotel is in front of a small park with sakura trees too.

Perfect location, less than a 5 minute walk from Oji station with the most helpful staff. Our expected arrival in Tokyo was 12am but even when that got delayed they were so patient and kind and let us check in at 8am. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the facilities were amazing. Definitely recommend
